There are many opportunities for volunteering as a Band Fan! Whether you can commit to a one-night event or an ongoing committee, your time is a big help to the organization. The following is a list of areas that could use help this year. Chaperones and Medics for home and away football games and Band Days. (See separate sign up form and schedule). Spirit Table at the home football games. Selling Band Fan T-shirts and novelties during home football games. Uniform Committee - help with fittings, some mending, ordering shoes and gloves. The uniforms are cleaned 4-5 times per season. Volunteers put the uniforms "back together" when returned from the cleaners. This takes about one hour. Lunch Cart . Parents are needed from approximately 10:45-12:15 each school day to work on the food cart. This is on a volunteer basis.. Senior Program Biographies/Pictures. Biographies need to be written and pictures need to be taken for the Senior Night Huskies football program. Water Sales on Graduation Night. Sell water to people attending graduation. Phone Tree. Make phone calls to parents during the year to communicate information. Spring Concert Refreshments. Sell baked goods at the concerts during second semester. Food Committee. Organize food for the kids for the away band competitions, etc. Videotographer. Videotape the band's performances at games and band days. We have a volunteer for some performances so this is a shared responsibility. Fund Raising Committee - there are various fundraising activites that give students the opportunity to make money for their band account. The band account is used to help pay expenses such as band camp, trips, and banquet. Others:
