* The Band Director prefers
that all students travel as a whole to and from a band event. When
it is absolutely not possible to return with the band from an event,
it is district policy that your Band Director be informed 2 days proior to
the event. Also, you need to complete the above form and give it to
the chaperone on the bus the day of the event. When you arrive to
take your student, you MUST meet up with your student, the
chaperone from your bus, and the Band Director. All must physically see you
with your student before you leave. |
